Each week we will highlight the main points of each chapter, go over homework, and if time permits, do a demonstration and/or lab exercise. You should read each chapter prior to the appropriate classes (with the obvious exception of the Prologue, which will be read during the 1st week of discussion).
Each professor will teach half the lectures.
A handful of homework problems from the text will be assigned each Tuesday and collected the following Tuesday. The exams will also draw from the questions in the text, with the addition of some multiple choice questions.
