It is run by one of his former associates and fellow Hungarians, Mike Clements. Tamas Bosze opened Paprikash restaurant in 1995, and for many years it was Chicago's only Hungarian restaurant. He sold the Chicago eatery in 2004 (the new owners relocated to Arlington Heights) and the next year the Boszes opened The Epicurean, a Hungarian restaurant in Hillside, where Alina Bosze, 30, is head chef. Wurzburg Haus (Muncaster Mill Rd, Montgomery County) used to be a good place to get sausage and Kaessler Rippchen, but it closed around June 2005, sadly.
